1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Clean app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Clean is a photo management application that allows you to organize your photo library through a swipe-based interface. The App operates entirely on your device and does not sync or backup your photos to external servers.
3. User Accounts and Registration
The App does not require user registration or account creation. All functionality is available without providing personal information such as names or email addresses.
4. Free and Premium Features
Free Usage: You receive 30 free photo swipes upon first use
Premium Subscription (Clean+): Unlimited photo swipes available through subscription
- Weekly: $2.99 per week
- Annual: $9.99 per year
Once the free swipe limit is reached, premium subscription is required for continued use
Free swipe limits are permanently tracked and cannot be reset by reinstalling the App
5. Photo Management and Deletion
- The App accesses your device's photo library with your permission
- Photos marked for deletion are moved to an in-app "Bin" and are not immediately deleted
- Actual photo deletion only occurs when you explicitly choose to delete photos from the Bin
- All photo management operations are performed locally on your device
- Your photos are never transmitted to external servers
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's Terms of Service
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
- Subscription data is shared with RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, for verification and management purposes
7. Data Storage and Privacy
- All photo processing occurs locally on your device
- Your photos are never collected, stored, or transmitted to external servers
- Photo metadata is displayed for informational purposes only and remains on your device
- We use third-party services (AppsFlyer for attribution/analytics and RevenueCat for subscription management) that may collect device identifiers, app usage data, and subscription information as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Limitations of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. You use the App at your own risk, especially regarding photo deletion functionality. Always ensure you have backups of important photos before using deletion features.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the App for violation of these terms.
