These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating the Forma mobile application ("Forma," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use Forma. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may only access or use the Services under the direct supervision and with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Forma is not directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Forma is a mobile application that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision to deliver personalized physique assessments and fitness guidance based on user-provided images and information. The app analyzes up to 1 to 5 user-submitted images along with basic demographic input to generate AI-driven reports including body fat estimates, physique potential, and training recommendations.
Forma is designed for general fitness understanding and aesthetic progress tracking. It is not a substitute for professional health, medical, or nutritional guidance.
Free Plan: Users may submit up to five (5) images for analysis. Access is limited to basic analysis results.
Weekly+ Plan: $3.99 USD per week (auto-renewing) - Full access to all features including unlimited analysis, workout recommendations, and progress tracking.
Yearly+ Plan: $29.99 USD per year (auto-renewing) - Full access to all features including unlimited analysis, workout recommendations, and progress tracking.
Forma does not require a login system. All access rights and subscription status are handled locally via your device and validated using App Store receipts.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Forma mobile application on a device that you own or control.

Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are confirmed through your Apple ID.
Forma may offer time-limited free trials. Trials are available only once per user/device unless otherwise stated. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the billing period even after cancellation.
Forma does not offer refunds directly through the app. All refund requests must be handled through the Apple App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the app.
The Forma mobile application, its features, functionality, design, and all associated content are the proprietary property of Forma or are used with appropriate licenses. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Forma App or Services.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully enforceable, our liability to you shall be limited to the lesser of the total amount paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months prior to the event, or $100 USD.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services, including features, functionality, or pricing, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Either you or we may terminate your use of the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services, or to suspend or terminate your access, if we determine that your conduct is harmful, violates these Terms, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any dispute arises, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at artus@lunarsolutions.ch. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
