All payments are processed securely via Apple's In-App Purchase system through RevenueCat. Your plan will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the app or its content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nouri, its creator, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, food-related illness, allergic reaction, loss of data, or device malfunction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behavior, or misused AI features.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any dispute arises, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at artus@lunarsolutions.ch. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
